Composition

1 g human recombinant Interferon alfa-2b 5000 IU

loratadine 0.01 g

Excipients:

sorbic acid 2 mg,

disodium edetate dihydrate 1 mg,

carbomer 10 mg,

trollamine 10 mg,

macrogol 4000 150 mg,

macrogol 400 300 mg,

purified water up to 1000 mg

Indications

-pollinosis (seasonal allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis);

– year-round allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis.

Contraindications

* hypersensitivity to the components of the drug•

* children’s age.

Side effects

Rare: sneezing, itching, and temporary loss of smell when applying the drug.

Interaction

Probably a combination with the use of systemic antihistamines.

How to take, course of use and dosage

In allergic rhinitis, it is recommended to apply the drug by applying 1 cm of gel to the mucous membrane of each nasal passage 4 times/day for 5-7 days in the acute stage, followed by a decrease in the frequency of taking the drug until the clinical picture of the disease disappears.

After applying the gel, massage the wings of the nose with your fingers to evenly distribute the drug on the mucous membrane of the nasal passages.

In case of allergic conjunctivitis, it is recommended to apply the drug by applying 1 cm of gel to the skin of the upper and lower eyelids 4 times/day for 5-7 days in the acute stage, followed by a decrease in the frequency of taking the drug until the clinical picture of the disease disappears.

After the disappearance of clinical symptoms, it is recommended to stop using the drug.

The maximum continuous course of treatment should not exceed 6 weeks.

Form of production

Gel for topical and external use of white or white with a grayish tinge of color with a faint specific smell.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry dark place and out of reach of children at a temperature of 2 to 8°C.
