How to take, course of use and dosage
2 filter bags (3 g) are placed in a glass or enamel dish, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, cover and insist for 15 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them out.
The volume of the resulting infusion is brought with boiled water to 200 ml.
Take inside in a warm form of 1/3-1/4 cup 3-4 times a day for 30 minutes before meals.
It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.
