Composition

Active ingredient:

chondroitin sulfate (A and C) sodium salts from bovine cartilage 100 mg

Pharmacological action

Chondrolon has a stimulating effect on the regeneration of cartilage tissue. Substrate stimulates the biosynthesis of glucosaminoglycans.

It helps to restore the articular bag and cartilage surfaces of joints, normalizes the production of intra-articular fluid, reduces pain and improves joint mobility.

Indications

Degenerative diseases of the joints and spine: primary osteoarthritis, intervertebral osteochondrosis, etc.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to Chondrolon, tendency to bleeding, thrombophlebitis.

Side effects

Allergic reactions, hemorrhages (at the injection site).

How to take, course of use and dosage

of Chondrolon is administered intramuscularly, after dissolving the lyophilizate in 1 ml of water for injection.

100 mg (1 ampoule) every other day; from the fourth injection, a single dose can be increased to 200 mg (2 ampoules).

Course — 25-30 injections; repeated-after 6 months.

Special instructions

In case of allergic reactions or hemorrhages (at the injection site), treatment should be discontinued.
