Composition

The composition of 1 capsule includes:  

active ingredients:

liposomal iron (iron III pyrophosphate) – 30 mg;

vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) – 70 mg;

auxiliary components:

pre-gelatinized rice starch,

fatty acid esters,

sunflower lecithin (in combination with milk protein, glucose syrup and tricalcium phosphate),

food gelatin,

microcrystalline cellulose,

polyvinylpyrrolidone,

magnesium stearate,

silicon

dioxide, titanium dioxide.

Pharmacological action

Sideral Forte is an innovative, easily digestible source of iron, presented in the form of the Lipofer®liposome complex. Iron is an essential component for the body, necessary for hematopoiesis. If it is not enough, anemia (anemia) develops, accompanied by impaired physical development, general weakness, decreased performance, shortness of breath and dizziness. Sideral Forte contains a unique combination necessary for the prevention of iron deficiency: iron in an easily digestible liposomal form Lipofer® and vitamin C.

The patented technology Lipofer® avoids the side effects that are so common when taking iron preparations, namely: heartburn, intestinal irritation, staining of the oral mucosa and tooth enamel.

Advantages of liposomal iron in the Lipofer®complex:

• optimal dosage with high biological value
• does not irritate the gastrointestinal tract
• does not cause a “metallic” taste
• Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) improves the absorption of iron in the gastrointestinal tract.

Indications

Sider AL Forte is prescribed for various iron deficiency conditions:

• sideropenia and iron-deficiency anemia of various etiologies,
• chronic posthemorrhagic anemia;
• latent iron deficiency anemia associated with chronic excessive loss of iron: bleeding (including uterine), permanent blood donation;
• increased need for iron (pregnancy, lactation, the period of active growth);
• inadequate and unbalanced nutrition, vegetarianism;
• a decrease in the resistance, older age,
• chronic renal failure, peritoneal dialysis;
• chronic gastritis with secretory insufficiency;
• condition after gastrectomy;
• gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer;
• cancer chemotherapy.

Contraindications

Individual intolerance to the components of the product.

Interaction

Drugs contraindicated for concomitant use with Sideral Forte: ciprofloxacin, doxycycline, ofloxacin, norfloxacin. Since antacids containing aluminum hydroxide and magnesium carbonate can reduce the absorption of iron, the interval between taking these drugs should be at least two hours. In combination therapy with tetracycline, the recommended interval between their intake is 3 hours or more.

How to take, course of use and dosage

is 1 capsule per day, washed down with a sufficient amount of water.

Take it for 1 month, then it is recommended to wait for a doctor’s consultation.

Sider AL Forte is approved for use in cases of gluten intolerance. A specialized product of therapeutic and preventive nutrition is not a medicinal product. Before taking it, you should consult your doctor. Sider AL Forte should not be the only component of the diet.
