Pharmacological action

Pharmacotherapeutic group: Anti-inflammatory agent for topical applicationacod ATX: D10BX01 Pharmacodynamics : Anti-inflammatory agent has a local analgesic antiseptic effect. The anti-inflammatory effect is associated with inhibition of the release of inflammatory mediators.

When administered rectally the drug has an irritating effect on the rectal mucosa as a result of which blood circulation in the pelvic organs reflexively increases metabolism improves which helps to eliminate inflammation in the prostate gland in men ovaries fallopian tubes uterus in women.

Salpingoophoritis endometritis prostatitis as part of complex therapy.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug in children under 18 years of age.

Side effects

Allergic reactions burning sensation in the anus.

Interaction

Incompatible in solutions with iodide salts alkaloids heavy metal salts.

How to take, course of use and dosage

Rectally: 1 suppository 1-2 times a day after a cleansing enema or spontaneous bowel cleansing. The duration of treatment is determined by the attending physician.

No overdose cases have been reported.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry place protected from light and out of reach of children at a temperature of 12 to 15 °C.
