Pharmacological action
Pharmacodynamics
A drug with an antithrombotic effect for external use. It also has an anti-exudative, moderate anti-inflammatory effect.
Pharmacokinetics
Cmax in the blood is reached in 8 hours after application and returns to the initial level in 12-24 hours.
It is mainly excreted in the urine.
Indications
-Superficial vein thrombophlebitis, phlebothrombosis;- complications after surgical operations on the veins; – localized infiltrates and edema;- injuries, bruises (including muscle tissue, tendons, joints);- subcutaneous hematomas.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
It is possible to use the drug during pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding) according to strict indications.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to heparin.

Possible: allergic reactions.
Interaction

How to take, course of use and dosage
Apply 3-10 cm of gel 1-3 times / day to the skin in the affected area and gently rub in.
Overdose
Due to low systemic absorption, overdose is unlikely.

The drug should not be used for bleeding, as well as on open wounds, on mucous membranes and with purulent processes.
