Pharmacological action
Pantocrine is an adaptogenic agent.
It has a stimulating effect on the central nervous system and cardiovascular system, increases the tone of skeletal muscles, motor activity of the intestines.
It contains phospholipids and trace elements, increases efficiency and normalizes blood pressure in case of arterial hypotension, stimulates the activity of the gastrointestinal tract.
Indications
Asthenia.
As part of complex therapy-neurasthenia, arterial hypotension.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, arterial hypertension, severe atherosclerosis, organic heart diseases, angina pectoris, increased excitability, sleep disorders, increased blood clotting, severe forms of nephritis, diarrhea, malignant neoplasms.
The drug is not recommended for use during pregnancy, breast-feeding and children under 12 years of age.
Side effects
Allergic reactions are possible, rarely-tachycardia, sleep disorders, headache.
Interaction
Pantocrine should not be administered with anticoagulants.
How to take, course of use and dosage
The drug is taken orally for 25-40 drops 30 minutes before meals 2-3 times a day for 3-4 weeks.
