How to take, course of use and dosage
About 10 g (2 tablespoons) of crushed leaves are placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, cover with a lid and insist on a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter, the remaining raw materials are squeezed out.
The volume of the resulting infusion is brought with boiled water to 200 ml.
Apply topically in a warm form for 1/2-1 cup of infusion: inhalation is carried out 2 times a day, rinsing-3-4 times a day.
The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks. It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.
