Composition

Solution-eye drops 1 ml water-soluble polymer system Duasorb, containing:

dextran 701 mg

disodium edetate 500 mcg

sodium chloride 7.7 mg

potassium chloride 1.2 mg

benzalkonium chloride (in solution form)100 mcg

hydroxypropylmethylcellulose 3 mg

Auxiliary substances:

hydrochloric acid and / or sodium hydroxide solution (to maintain the pH level), purified water.

Pharmacological action

Natural tear has an effect that makes up for the lack of tear fluid, moisturizes the cornea.

Hypromellose and dextran 70 are presented in the form of a water-soluble polymer system, which, interacting with the natural tear, increases the stability of the tear film, makes up for the lack of tear fluid and improves corneal hydration, providing eye comfort.

Pharmacokinetics

When applied topically, systemic absorption is low.

Indications

Dry eye syndrome, characterized by discomfort, dryness, burning sensation, foreign body sensation, irritation caused by air conditioning, flickering of a long-running TV or computer monitor, dust, smoke, ultraviolet rays, dry heat, wind, etc.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

Adequate and strictly controlled clinical studies on the safety and efficacy of the drug Teardrop natural during pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding) have not been conducted.

Use in children

There are no data on the possibility of using the drug in children.

Contraindications

Individual hypersensitivity to the components of the drug Teardrop natural.

How to take, course of use and dosage

Eye drops “Teardrop Natural” are intended for instillation in the conjunctival sac.

Apply 1-2 drops of the drug as needed throughout the day, until the painful symptoms are eliminated.

Special instructions

The product contains the preservative benzalkonium chloride, which can be absorbed by contact lenses.

Before using the drug, the lenses should be removed and replaced no earlier than 15 minutes after using the drug.

The bottle must be closed after each use.
