Composition

Pharmacological action
Pharmacodynamically the anticoagulant, anti-inflammatory, antiproliferative, anti-edematous and analgesic effects. Reduces platelet aggregation, binds to antithrombin III, preventing the transition of prothrombin to thrombin. Inhibits the activity of thrombin. Reduces the activity of hyaluronidase, increases the fibrinolytic properties of blood. Trombless ® improves microcirculation and activates tissue metabolism, thereby accelerating the resorption of hematomas and thrombi, ultimately restoring the patency of the veins, clinically this is accompanied by a pronounced analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect. Pharmacokinetic Sansignificant amounts of heparin are absorbed from the skin surface into the systemic circulation. The maximum concentration of the drug in the blood is noted 8 hours after application. Elimination of heparin mainly occurs through the kidneys, with a half-life of 12 hours.
Indications
- migratory phlebitis in CVI;
- thrombophlebitis of the superficial veins of the extremities and varicose ulcers;
- subcutaneous hematomas

Application during pregnancy and lactation

Contraindications

Side effects
With prolonged use of Trombless, local reactions in the form of skin hyperemia, allergic reactions are possible.
Interaction
Concomitant use of the gel with indirect anticoagulants may cause prolongation of prothrombin time. The gel is not prescribed topically simultaneously with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, tetracyclines, antihistamines.
How to take, course of use and dosage
Trombless gel is applied topically. Gel with a length of 3-10 cm (depending on the area of the affected area) is lightly rubbed into the skin 1-3 times a day.
Apply daily-4-7 days. The course of treatment is determined by the doctor.
In the treatment of hemorrhoids, the instructions for use of Trombless prescribe applying the drug to a cotton swab, which is applied to the affected area.
Overdose
Overdose is unlikely, as systemic absorption is minimal.
Special instructions
