Returns: Check the package immediately after receiving it. If you are not satisfied with the product, let us know and we will give you instructions for returning the order. You must return the product unwrapped, unopened, and unused within 14 days from the date you received it. The buyer bears full responsibility for packaging the product (if the package was opened) and returning the product in the same condition as it was received. Buyers themselves pay for return shipping costs. After we receive the package, we will refund you the money for the product (shipping costs are not refunded). If the product has been tampered with (damaged, opened, torn packaging, no longer in saleable condition), then you will not receive a refund.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
