Composition

Pharmacological action

It has a pronounced sedative (calming), moderate cardiotonic (slows down the rhythm and increases the strength of heart contractions) effect, moderate hypotensive effect.

Indications

Increased nervous excitability, sleep disorders, neurasthenia gravis, neurocirculatory dystonia.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

The use of the drug is contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract (acute phase), pregnancy, breastfeeding, children (up to 12 years). With caution liver diseases, alcoholism, traumatic brain injury, brain diseases, children over 12 years of age.

Side effects

Possible allergic reactions. Dyspepsia.

Interaction

Increases the effect of sleeping pills and analgesic drugs.

How to take, course of use and dosage

Inside 30 minutes before meals. Adults and children over 12 years of age: 30-50 drops of tincture, diluted in ¼ cup of water,3-4 times a day. The course of treatment is 3-4 weeks.

Overdose

To date, no cases of overdose with the use of the drug have been registered. When using the drug in doses exceeding the recommended ones, it is possible to increase the dose-dependent side effects. Treatment: symptomatic.

The content of absolute ethyl alcohol in the maximum single dose of the drug is 0.55 g, the content of absolute ethyl alcohol in the maximum daily dose of the drug is 2.2 g.
