Composition

1 capsule contains: active ingredients: Lipoid With 100-200 mg in terms of phosphatidylcholine 188 mg, Silymar-70 mg including silybin 50 mg; excipients: colloidal silicon dioxide (aeroper 300), povidone (collidone 90 F), calcium phosphate dihydrate, magnesium stearate, trihalose dihydrate; excipients of the gelatin capsule shell: gelatin, titanium dioxide, sunset yellow.

Pharmacological action

Combined drug for the treatment of diseases of the liver and biliary tract. Reproduces the clinical and pharmacological effects of the components contained in it – “essential” phospholipids and the amount of flavolignans (in terms of silibinin) of milk thistle. Hepatoprotective agent, normalizes the metabolism of lipids, proteins and phospholipids; stimulates protein synthesis; promotes activation and protection of phospholipid-dependent enzyme systems, improves the functional state of the liver and its detoxification function, helps preserve and restore the structure of hepatocytes; inhibits the formation of connective tissue in the liver.

Indications

As part of complex therapy:

• hepatitis (acute and chronic of various origins),
• fatty liver of various origins (diabetes mellitus, chronic infections),
• toxic hepatitis, alcoholic hepatitis,
• cirrhosis of the liver, hepatic coma, gestosis, radiation sickness,
• psoriasis (as adjunctive therapy),
• poisoning, drug intoxication, liver function disorders in other somatic diseases

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity.

Side effects

Nausea, gastralgia, allergic reactions.

How to take, course of use and dosage

• For hepatitis of various etiologies-inside,2 capsules 2-3 times a day with meals, swallowing whole, with a sufficient amount of water. The course of treatment is at least 3 months, if necessary, the course of treatment can be continued or repeated. For viral hepatitis (especially hepatitis B and C), take 2 capsules before or with meals 2-3 times a day, the course of treatment can be extended to 12 months.
• For psoriasis (in complex therapy) – 1-2 capsules 3 times a day, the course of treatment is from 14 to 40 days.
• In gestosis (gestosis with predominant liver damage, hepatosis, HELLP-syndrome) – 2-3 capsules 2-3 times a day. The course of treatment is from 10 to 30 days.
• For cirrhosis of the liver, take 2 capsules 2-3 times a day, the course of treatment is at least 3 months (depending on the severity of the process).
• Poisoning, drug intoxication – 2 capsules 2-3 times a day, the course of treatment is up to 30-40 days.
• For preventive purposes (for example, in people engaged in harmful production associated with the risk of exposure to ionized radiation), the drug can be used 1 capsule 2-3 times a day for 1-3 months.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry place protected from light at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of reach of children.
