Composition

Systane Gel eye care tool

is a sterile solution

containing polyethylene glycol 400 4.0 mg/ml,

propylene glycol 3.0 mg/ml,

hydroxypropanoyl of 7.0 mg/ml

sorbitol 14.0 mg/ml,

aminomethylpropanol of 5.7 mg/ml

boric acid 3.0 mg/ml,

potassium chloride 1.2 mg/ml,

sodium chloride,1.0 mg/ml

disodium edetate 0.25 mg/ml

POLYQUAD® (polyquaternium-1) 0.01 mg / ml,

hydrochloric acid and / or sodium hydroxide (to adjust the pH),

purified water.

Pharmacological action

Moistening of the cornea of the eye, due to the properties of the substances that make up the drug.

Indications

Sistein ® Gel ophthalmic is used to relieve the symptoms of dry eye syndrome, such as discomfort, burning and irritation. Sistein ® gel is an ophthalmic product suitable for use during the day and at night and relieves the symptoms of dry eye syndrome. Its formula is designed to lubricate and restore the eye surface, protecting it from further damage.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

The safety and efficacy of its use during pregnancy and lactation have not been studied.

It can be used during pregnancy and lactation as prescribed by the attending physician, if the expected effect exceeds the risk of possible side effects.

It is not recommended for use in children under 18 years of age, as the safety and effectiveness of use in children have not been established.

Contraindications

Individual hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

How to take, course of use and dosage

Shake the bottle before use.

Sistein Gel ophthalmic agent can be used as needed throughout the day, as well as at night.

Sistein Gel is an ophthalmic product that can be used to relieve the symptoms of dry eye syndrome associated with wearing contact lenses.

Sistein Gel is applied before putting on and after removing contact lenses to moisturize the cornea.

Drop 1-2 drops in each eye and blink.

Form of production

Sistein ® gel ophthalmic product is available in plastic bottles of 3 ml,10 ml. IT’S STERILE. Sterilized by steam and filtration.

Storage conditions

Keep out of the reach of children at room temperature. Keep the bottle tightly closed. Do not use the solution after the expiration date indicated on the package. Do not use the solution for more than 3 months after the first opening of the bottle. Do not use the solution if the package is opened and damaged.
