Pharmacological Action
A herbal preparation. It contains alliins (alkylcysteine sulfoxides), polysaccharides, sucrose and other sugars, flavonoids, steroid saponins, as well as vitamins (ascorbic acid, B1, B2, PP, provitamin A), calcium salts, phosphorus, and trace elements.
It helps to increase appetite, enhances the secretion of the digestive glands and intestinal peristalsis.
It has an antiatheromatous and hypoglycemic effect, as well as some diuretic and choleretic action.
Due to the presence of phytoncides, it possesses antimicrobial activity against Bacillus subtilis, Salmonella typhi, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Escherichia coli.
Onion phytoncides suppress the growth of some pathogenic microorganisms.
Indications
Loss of appetite, intestinal atony, colitis, atherosclerosis, pustular skin diseases, deficiency of vitamins C, B1 (as part of mono- and combination therapy); for the resorption of keloid scars (as part of combination therapy).

Dosage Regimen
| The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen. |
Determine the dosage individually based on the specific indication and clinical presentation.
For loss of appetite, intestinal atony, and colitis, administer orally 15-20 drops diluted in a small amount of water. Take this dose three to four times daily for 2-3 weeks.
For atherosclerosis, administer orally 15-20 drops diluted in water. Take this dose three times daily for 3-4 weeks. Repeat courses after a 1-2 month interval if necessary.
For pustular skin diseases and vitamin deficiency, administer orally 10-15 drops diluted in water. Take this dose two to three times daily for 3-4 weeks.
For the resorption of keloid scars, apply the drops externally as part of a combination therapy regimen with sodium heparin and allantoin. Apply a thin layer to the affected area twice daily.
Do not exceed the recommended duration of use without medical supervision. Discontinue use and consult a physician if adverse reactions occur.
Adverse Reactions
Possible unpleasant sensations in the stomach area, allergic reactions.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the preparation; liver diseases, kidney diseases, acute gastrointestinal diseases.
Use in Hepatic Impairment
Contraindicated in liver diseases.
Use in Renal Impairment
Contraindicated in kidney diseases.
Special Precautions
In cardiovascular diseases, fresh onions should not be consumed in large quantities.
For external use for the resorption of keloid scars, it is used in combination with sodium heparin and allantoin.
Storage Conditions
Store at 2°C (36°F) to 25°C (77°F). Keep in original packaging, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
