Properties

The AndroDoz^® Light dietary supplement is an additional source of vitamin B₆, zinc, taurine, L-carnitine, coenzyme Q₁₀, and contains extracts of Coleus forskohlii, ginseng, eleutherococcus, Ginkgo biloba, and green tea.

The components included in the AndroDoz^® Light complex support the normal course of physiological processes.

In particular, in the male body, the action of the components contributes to maintaining adequate spermogram parameters, libido, functional state of the CNS, liver, cardiovascular system, and hematopoietic system. It also supports the growth of healthy hair, normalization of body weight, vitality, and increases endurance.

Characteristics of individual components of the AndroDoz^® Light complex

L-carnitine– participates in the processes of protein and fat metabolism and energy supply to tissues, increases resistance to stress. Under intense physical and psycho-emotional loads, L-carnitine helps increase performance, endurance, reduce fatigue and weakness, and helps slow down the aging process. L-carnitine transports fatty acids into the mitochondrial matrix, where they are broken down with the release of energy, which is why additional intake of L-carnitine activates the process of breaking down endogenous fat, reduces fat accumulation in tissues, promotes weight loss, and increases muscle mass. In addition to the above, L-carnitine has a neuroprotective effect and enhances its effectiveness when used together with coenzyme Q₁₀. L-carnitine optimizes reproductive function, in particular, it stimulates spermatogenesis. L-carnitine plays a significant role in the energy metabolism and maturation of spermatozoa. L-carnitine improves sperm motility and viability, and also reduces the sperm DNA fragmentation index.

Taurine– an amino acid. Promotes normalization of cell membrane functions, activation of energy metabolic processes, normalization of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism (lowers blood sugar and cholesterol levels). Taurine protects the hair follicle from deformation under the influence of external stress factors, enhances microcirculation, and stimulates keratin synthesis. Prevents hair loss, promotes the growth of thick and healthy hair; ensures optimal moisture exchange between keratinocytes and dermal cells, which helps maintain optimal hair hydration and restore their strength. Protects liver cells. Improves contraction and relaxation of heart cells, supports adequate blood pressure. Activates metabolic processes in the retina. Recently, the effect of taurine on male reproductive function has been actively studied. In relation to spermatozoa, Taurine exhibits antioxidant activity, stabilizes membranes, stimulates the secretion of sex hormones, and improves sperm quality by improving sperm motility and viability.

Eleutherococcus extract– contains eleutherosides, tones the activity of the CNS, increases mental performance. Being an adaptogen, eleutherococcus increases the body’s non-specific resistance and enhances its resistance to various adverse effects, including stress and loads. Promotes improved well-being and a feeling of vigor, reduces fatigue during physical exertion.

Ginseng extract– contains ginsenosides, used as an adaptogen, a stimulating and tonic agent for physical and mental fatigue, reduced performance after illnesses; ginseng enhances sexual desire, stimulates memory and concentration. Ginsenosides also induce the synthesis of nitric oxide (NO) and increase the sensitivity of smooth muscle cells of the penile blood vessels to NO. Nitric oxide causes relaxation of smooth muscles, allowing more blood to enter the corpora cavernosa and enhance erection. Ginseng protects male reproductive organs from damage under adverse factors. Ginseng extract improves sperm quality, including in patients with infertility. Ginseng extract stimulates spermatogenesis, increasing sperm motility and survival.

Coleus (forskohlii) extract– contains forskolin. Forskolin has a positive effect on many physiological processes in the human body due to its unique ability to increase the amount of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) in cells – one of the main factors in regulating cellular energy metabolism. Forskolin increases cAMP in Leydig cells of the testes, which helps improve their function and increase free testosterone levels. Forskolin improves spermogram parameters by increasing sperm motility. Coleus (forskohlii) extract has a positive effect on the function of the cardiovascular system, as it relaxes smooth muscles in artery walls, thereby helping to regulate blood pressure. Increases the strength of heart contractions (cardiotonic). Additional intake of coleus (forskohlii) extract promotes muscle mass gain.

Green tea extract– has high biological activity: provides powerful antioxidant protection, saving cells from damage by oxygen free radicals; tones the activity of the CNS and improves memory, stimulates fat oxidation and has a beneficial effect on metabolism, promotes normalization of blood sugar levels. Supports the work of the cardiovascular system, as it helps reduce total cholesterol levels, reduce adipose tissue in the body, and normalize weight. Has an antihypoxic effect on tissues. Increases the elasticity and strength of the vascular wall. The catechins of green tea extract, which have a pronounced antioxidant effect, positively affect male reproductive health; in particular, its use leads to an increase in sperm motility and viability, which improves the quality of male sperm.

Ginkgo biloba extract– contains a rich complex of biologically active substances that improve cerebral circulation and energy processes in the brain, have an antioxidant effect, and normalize venous tone (venotonic action). Ginkgo biloba enhances concentration and reduces absent-mindedness, increases energy, physical activity, performance, and reduces fatigue. Increases the elasticity and strength of blood vessel walls.

Coenzyme Q₁₀(Ubiquinone) – is a crucial element in the synthesis of energy carriers in the body, protects cell membranes from destruction. Regular intake of coenzyme Q₁₀ is effective under high physical loads, increases endurance, and can slow down the aging process. Coenzyme Q₁₀ is a powerful antioxidant; moreover, it has the unique ability to restore the activity of other antioxidants. Also, coenzyme Q₁₀ contributes to increased sperm production and improves their motility. The highest amount of coenzyme Q₁₀ is found in the heart muscle, which is explained by the high energy requirement of this organ. The biosynthesis of coenzyme Q₁₀ in the body, including in the heart, progressively decreases with age. Furthermore, a decrease in coenzyme Q₁₀ levels in tissues occurs as a result of high consumption during physical and emotional stress, as well as in some diseases. Additional intake of coenzyme Q₁₀ has a cardioprotective effect. Coenzyme Q₁₀ has protective properties concerning testicular tissue and spermatogenesis; this property is enhanced when used in combination with L-carnitine. The use of coenzyme Q₁₀ was accompanied by an increase in sperm motility, normalization of the balance of oxidative and antioxidant processes in semen, and a decrease in the content of the biomarker of oxidative DNA damage in sperm.

Vitamin B₆(Pyridoxine hydrochloride) – participates in all types of metabolism in the body. Necessary for the normal functioning of the nervous system, plays a significant role in the metabolism of vitamin B₁₂ and folic acid, and is necessary for the formation of a number of substances important for the body. Along with folic acid, it helps reduce homocysteine levels and improve erectile function. Promotes cholesterol reduction.

Zinc– a vital trace element, has a powerful antioxidant effect, necessary for cellular respiration and normal functioning of the immune system. Zinc initiates and supports the processes of production of the male sex hormone testosterone and activates spermatogenesis, regulating the processes of coagulation and liquefaction of the ejaculate. Dosage Regimen

Orally, during or after meals. The tablet should be dissolved in a glass (200 ml) of drinking water before consumption.

Adults: 1 tablet once/day. Duration of intake – 1 month.
