Pharmacological Action
Antimonium tartaricum (potassium antimonyl tartrate) is a white powder or transparent colorless crystals that fade and become opaque at room temperature; it has a metallic taste, is soluble in boiling water, and is practically insoluble in alcohol.

- Severe shortness of breath.

Pulmonology
- Acute bronchopathy, bronchiolitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (asthma, emphysema, chronic bronchitis). Sputum is thick, difficult to expectorate, tongue with a slight white coating;
- Asthma;
- Chronic respiratory failure;
- For chronic cor pulmonale (CCP) in addition to standard treatment methods;
- Adjuvant therapy for preoperative management of patients with chronic respiratory failure. Treatment of airway congestion in patients in a supine position after laparotomy.
Dermatology
- Pustular acne;
- Pitted scars (chickenpox, acne).

Dosage Regimen

The granules should be dissolved in the mouth 30 min before a meal or 60 min after a meal.
For children from 0 to 3 years old, the granules are first diluted by shaking in 10-15 ml of water at room temperature and given to drink.
The optimal amount per dose is 5 granules.
