Apply the balm topically to intact skin in a thin layer, gently rubbing it in. For headache relief, apply to the temples or occipital area. For influenza and common cold symptoms, apply to the chest and back. For rhinitis, apply to the wings of the nose. For insect bites, apply directly to the affected site.
