Pharmacological Action

Barium carbonate is used in measured doses in conventional medicine drugs.

It has a hypotensive effect on arterial circulation caused by vascular atherosclerosis.

It acts on sclerotic degeneration of connective tissue.

Indications

Key symptoms for prescribing the drug

• Mental, nervous, and physical weakness;
• Chronic hypertrophy of the tonsils with frequent inflammation;
• Tendency to suppuration of ENT organs, causing difficulty swallowing and accompanied by bulky submandibular and cervical lymphadenopathy;
• Delayed psychomotor development;
• Delayed puberty.

Main cases of clinical application

Otorhinolaryngology

• Hypertrophied tonsils, prevention of recurrent tonsillitis.

Behavioral disorders

• Delayed physical and especially mental development; problems with learning school subjects.

Disorders related to aging

• Hypertension caused by arteriosclerosis (in addition to prescribed allopathic treatment);

Dosage Regimen

Sublingually.

The granules should be dissolved in the mouth 30 minutes before a meal or 60 minutes after a meal.

For children from 0 to 3 years old, the granules are first diluted by shaking in 10-15 ml of water at room temperature and given to drink 30 minutes before a meal or 60 minutes after a meal.

The optimal amount per dose is 5 granules.
