Pharmacological Action

The drug is a combined medicinal product.

Potassium bromide reduces the excitability of the central nervous system.

Indications

  • Use as an expectorant in the complex therapy of inflammatory respiratory tract diseases for patients aged 3 years and older.

Specifically indicated for conditions including acute respiratory diseases, tracheitis, bronchitis, and whooping cough to facilitate sputum evacuation.

Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

Administer orally, strictly after meals to minimize potential appetite suppression.

Determine the specific dose based on the patient’s age, adhering precisely to the provided age-specific dosing schedule.
