Pharmacological Action

A complex homeopathic preparation, the action of which is determined by the components that make up its composition.

Indications

• Use as part of combination therapy for acute upper respiratory tract infections of unspecified origin.
• Employ for the management of symptoms associated with influenza caused by an identified seasonal influenza virus.

Dosage Regimen

Administer orally between meals. Place the drops on a piece of sugar or dissolve in one teaspoon of water.

For adults, use 5 drops three times per day. For pediatric patients, adjust the dose strictly by age: children under 2 years receive 1 drop, ages 2 to 5 years receive 2 drops, ages 5 to 10 years receive 3 drops, and children over 10 years receive 4 drops, all administered three times daily.

Adverse Reactions

No adverse reactions have been reported to date. Monitor for any signs of hypersensitivity reactions, such as rash or itching, and discontinue use immediately if they occur.

Given the homeopathic nature of the preparation, the risk of systemic adverse effects is considered low, but individual susceptibility cannot be entirely ruled out.

Drug Interactions

The preparation is considered pharmacodynamically compatible with other medicines. No specific drug interactions have been identified.

Concomitant use with other medications does not typically require dose adjustment. However, maintain a time interval of at least 15-20 minutes between administering this product and other oral medications or food to ensure optimal absorption.

Contraindications

• Do not use in patients with a known hypersensitivity to any of the active ingredients (Gelsemium sempervirens, Phosphorus, Aconitum napellus, Bryonia dioica, Drosera, Toxicodendron quercifolium) or to any of the excipients.
• Contraindicated in cases of hereditary fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption, or sucrase-isomaltase insufficiency if administered with sugar.

Overdose

No cases of overdose have been reported. Due to the high dilution of active ingredients, toxic effects are not expected based on the pharmacological profile.

In the event of accidental ingestion of a significantly large volume, monitor for gastrointestinal discomfort. Treatment should be symptomatic and supportive. Consult a poison control center or physician if concerned.

Pediatric Use

Use is possible according to the dosing regimen.

Special Precautions

Drug dependence and withdrawal syndrome have not been identified.

Homeopathic granules can be replaced with homeopathic drops of identical composition and vice versa.
