Dosage Regimen

Take one effervescent tablet daily. Dissolve the tablet completely in 150-200 ml of water before ingestion. Administer with a meal.
Restrict use to adults and children over 12 years of age. The recommended duration of intake is one month. Do not exceed the stated dose.
Adverse Reactions
Adverse reactions are uncommon. Gastrointestinal discomfort, such as bloating or constipation, may occur.

Drug Interactions
Calcium can reduce the absorption of several medications. Take this supplement at a different time from other medicines, particularly tetracycline or fluoroquinolone antibiotics, bisphosphonates, and levothyroxine.
Maintain an interval of at least 2 hours between taking this supplement and other oral medications. Consult a healthcare provider for specific advice.
Contraindications

Overdose
