Properties

The Calm formula^® Tryptophan dietary supplement promotes the synthesis of serotonin and melatonin in the body, supports the normal sleep-wake cycle, including helping to adapt during time zone changes (for example, during flights). During the day, it promotes the natural production of serotonin – the “happiness hormone”, creates a feeling of elevated mood and mental comfort, increases working capacity, reduces irritability, aggressiveness, eliminates depressed mood, feelings of anxiety, and emotional tension. At night, it promotes the natural production of melatonin – the “sleep hormone”, helps to fall asleep easily and quickly, improves the depth and quality of sleep, helps to eliminate the problem of interrupted sleep, allowing for a full night’s sleep and rest in a shorter time.

Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

Orally, regardless of meals.

For adults – 1-2 capsules 2 times a day. The duration of administration is at least one month. If necessary, the intake can be continued.
