Dietary supplement – an additional source of B vitamins
Properties
CompligamB® Complex contains 11 important complementary B vitamins.
B vitamins are important biologically active substances involved in the regulation of many processes in the body.
They participate in maintaining the health of the nervous system and muscles, are necessary for hematopoiesis, maintaining immunity, preserving genetic information, and supporting mental activity.
| Name Of vitamins |
Properties |
| Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) |
Helps maintain metabolic processes in nervous tissue. |
| Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) |
Participates in the construction of visual purple, protects the retina from excessive exposure to ultraviolet rays and, together with vitamin A, ensures normal vision – acuity of color and light perception, dark adaptation.
Improves the condition of the nervous system, skin, mucous membranes, liver, stimulates hematopoiesis. Protects the nervous system from stress and overwork. |
| Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide or Vitamin PP) |
Affects higher nervous activity.
Helps maintain the nervous system. As a coenzyme, it participates in energy metabolism reactions. Has a vasodilating effect, improves the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to organs and tissues. |
| Vitamin B4 (Choline) |
Choline is a component of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, necessary for the functioning of the nervous system, brain development, and participates in fat metabolism.
Deficiency may lead to impaired mental activity and coordination of movements. |
| Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic acid) |
Participates in the metabolism of cholesterol and triglycerides, promotes accelerated wound healing and improved mental health.
Necessary for the synthesis of coenzyme A, promotes energy production, and increases performance. |
| Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) |
Pyridoxine participates in the processes of inhibition and excitation in the central nervous system.
Positively affects emotional states, helps to cope with stress more easily. |
| Vitamin B7 (Biotin or Vitamin H) |
Helps improve memory (experimental data), maintain normal blood sugar levels, necessary for the synthesis of fatty acids, and obtaining energy from dietary proteins, fats, and carbohydrates.
Biotin has a positive effect on the condition of hair, reducing hair loss, as well as on the appearance of nails and skin. |
| Vitamin B8 (Inositol) |
Suppresses the production of inflammatory cytokines.
Has a normalizing effect on the state of the nervous system. |
| Vitamin B9 (Folic acid) |
Supports the work of the heart and blood vessels by participating in the process of blood cell (erythrocyte) formation, takes part in the synthesis of nucleic and amino acids, purine and pyrimidine bases. |
| Vitamin B10 (Para-aminobenzoic acid or vitamin H1) |
Participates in the synthesis of folic acid, in protein metabolism and hematopoiesis. |
| Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) |
Affects mental activity.
The development of cognitive impairments may be mediated by B12 deficiency. Promotes the production of “happiness hormones” serotonin and dopamine. Participates in hematopoiesis, plays an important role in the metabolism of amino acids and nucleic acids, synthesis of the myelin sheath of nerve fibers, and growth processes. |
The components of the complex may help maintain metabolic processes in nervous tissue, have a beneficial effect on lipid metabolism, the immune and hematopoietic systems.
