Pharmacological Action
A combined preparation containing a complex of vitamins and minerals, which are important factors in metabolic processes.
The vitamin-mineral complex is designed to replenish the physiological need for vitamins and minerals in addition to the diet, balanced taking into account the daily requirement for vitamins and minerals. The compatibility of components in 1 tablet is ensured by a special production technology for vitamin preparations.
Vitamin A (retinol acetate) ensures the normal function of the skin, mucous membranes, and the organ of vision.
Vitamin B1(thiamine hydrochloride) as a coenzyme is involved in carbohydrate metabolism and the functioning of the nervous system.
Vitamin B2(riboflavin) is the most important catalyst for cellular respiration and visual perception processes.
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) as a coenzyme participates in protein metabolism and the synthesis of neurotransmitters.
Vitamin B12(cyanocobalamin) participates in the synthesis of nucleotides, is an important factor for normal growth, hematopoiesis and development of epithelial cells; necessary for the metabolism of folic acid and the synthesis of myelin.
Nicotinamide participates in the processes of tissue respiration, fat and carbohydrate metabolism.
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) ensures the synthesis of collagen; participates in the formation and maintenance of the structure and function of cartilage, bones, teeth; affects the formation of hemoglobin, maturation of erythrocytes.
Rutoside (rutin) participates in redox processes, has antioxidant properties, prevents oxidation and promotes the deposition of ascorbic acid in tissues.
Calcium pantothenate as a component of coenzyme A plays an important role in the processes of acetylation and oxidation; promotes the construction and regeneration of epithelium and endothelium.
Folic acid participates in the synthesis of amino acids, nucleotides, nucleic acids; necessary for normal erythropoiesis.
Thioctic acid (lipoic acid) participates in the regulation of lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, has a lipotropic effect, affects cholesterol metabolism, improves liver function.
Vitamin E (α-tocopherol acetate) has antioxidant properties, maintains the stability of erythrocytes, prevents hemolysis; has a positive effect on the functions of the gonads, nervous and muscle tissue.
Iron participates in erythropoiesis, as part of hemoglobin ensures the transport of oxygen to tissues.
Copper prevents anemia and oxygen starvation of organs and tissues, contributes to the prevention of osteoporosis. Strengthens vascular walls.
Calcium is necessary for the formation of bone substance, blood clotting, the process of transmission of nerve impulses, contraction of skeletal and smooth muscles, normal myocardial activity.
Cobalt regulates metabolic processes, increases the body’s defenses.
Manganese has anti-inflammatory properties.
Zinc has immunomodulatory properties, promotes the absorption of vitamin A, regeneration and hair growth.
Magnesium contributes to the normalization of blood pressure, stimulates together with calcium the production of calcitonin and parathyroid hormone, prevents the formation of kidney stones.
Phosphorus strengthens bone tissue and teeth, enhances mineralization, is part of ATP – the source of energy for cells.
Indications
Prevention and replenishment of deficiency of vitamins and minerals and associated conditions, including:
- During periods of increased physical and mental stress;
- During the recovery period after prolonged and/or severe illnesses, including infectious ones;
- In complex therapy when antibiotic therapy is prescribed.

Tablets
Take orally after meals.
For prevention of vitamin and mineral deficiency – 1 tablet once a day.
For conditions accompanied by an increased need for vitamins and minerals (during periods of increased physical and mental stress; during the recovery period after prolonged and/or severe illnesses, including infectious ones; in complex therapy when antibiotic therapy is prescribed) – 1 tablet twice a day.
The course of treatment is 4 weeks. Repeated courses – as recommended by a doctor.
Adverse Reactions
Possible allergic reactions to the components of the drug.

- Fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome, sucrase-isomaltase deficiency;
- Children under 12 years of age.
Use in Pregnancy and Lactation
The use of the drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding is contraindicated due to the lack of data on the safety of the drug use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Pediatric Use
The use of the drug is contraindicated in children under 12 years of age.

Effect on the ability to drive vehicles and mechanisms
The drug does not have a negative effect on the ability to drive vehicles and perform other potentially hazardous activities that require increased concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions.
Overdose
In case of overdose, it is necessary to consult a doctor.
Symptoms nausea, weakness, gastrointestinal disorders.
Treatment temporary discontinuation of the drug, gastric lavage, oral administration of activated charcoal, symptomatic treatment.
Drug Interactions
Iron and Calcium delay the absorption in the intestine of antibiotics from the tetracycline group and fluoroquinolone derivatives.
With the simultaneous use of vitamin C and short-acting sulfonamide drugs, the risk of crystalluria increases.
Antacid preparations containing aluminum, Magnesium, Calcium, as well as cholestyramine reduce the absorption of iron.
