Dosage Form, Packaging, and Product Composition

Composition ascorbic acid, nicotinamide, alpha-tocopherol acetate, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin, retinol palmitate, folic acid, vitamin D3, vitamin B12, potassium iodide, fructose, sorbitol E420, modified potato starch, natural identical flavors “Cherry” and “Banana”.

Content of biologically active substances per 5 ml vitamin C 40-70 mg, nicotinamide 8-14 mg, vitamin E 5 mg, calcium pantothenate 2.4-4.2 mg, vitamin B6 1-1.75 mg, vitamin B1 0.8-1.4 mg, vitamin B2 – 0.8-1.4 mg, vitamin A 1000-1750 IU, folic acid 0.1-0.175 mg, vitamin D3 80-140 IU, B12 0.00125-0.00210 mg, iodine 0.06-0.105.

Recommended as a dietary supplement – an additional source of vitamins and iodine for children over 3 years of age.

Indications

  • Use as a dietary supplement to provide an additional source of vitamins (A, C, E, D3, B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, pantothenic acid, folic acid) and iodine.
  • Intended to help address or prevent deficiencies of these micronutrients in the diet of children over 3 years of age.
  • Employ as part of a balanced diet when dietary intake is insufficient to meet the body’s requirements.

Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

Administer orally during or after a meal. Shake the bottle contents thoroughly before each use to ensure a uniform suspension.

For children aged 3 to 11 years, administer 1 measuring spoon (5 ml) once daily. For children aged 11 to 14 years, administer 2 measuring spoons (10 ml) once daily.

The prepared suspension can be mixed with tea, juices, or fruit purees to improve palatability. The recommended duration of intake is 1 month. Do not exceed the stated dose. Subsequent courses of administration may be considered only on the recommendation of a physician.

Adverse Reactions

Adverse reactions are uncommon but may occur. Allergic reactions, including skin rash, itching, urticaria, and angioedema, are possible in susceptible individuals.

Gastrointestinal discomfort, such as nausea or epigastric pain, may be observed. Discontinue use immediately and consult a physician if any adverse reactions occur.

Drug Interactions with Other Medicinal Products and Substances

Concurrent use with other vitamin or iodine-containing products may lead to excessive cumulative intake and should be avoided. The absorption of tetracycline antibiotics and iron preparations may be reduced; maintain a minimum interval of 2 hours between ingestion.

Thiamine (B1) may potentiate the effects of muscle relaxants. Pyridoxine (B6) may reduce the efficacy of levodopa. Consult a physician if the patient is taking any other prescription or over-the-counter medications.

Contraindications for Use in Specific Patient Populations and Conditions

  • Do not use in cases of known hypersensitivity or individual intolerance to any component of the product, including the active vitamins, iodine, or excipients.
  • Contraindicated in patients with hypervitaminosis, hyperthyroidism, or any other conditions where iodine intake is not recommended.
  • Not intended for children under 3 years of age due to the risk of inappropriate dosing and potential for adverse effects.

Overdose Symptoms and Recommended Management Procedures

Symptoms of acute overdose may include severe headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and generalized weakness. Chronic excessive intake can lead to hypervitaminosis A or D, and thyroid dysfunction due to iodine excess.

In case of suspected overdose, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention. Treatment is symptomatic and supportive. Gastric lavage and administration of activated charcoal may be considered if ingestion is recent. Provide details of the product ingested to medical personnel.
