Pharmacological Action
Hemopreservative. It prevents the process of blood clotting and provides the necessary nutrients to support metabolism and stabilize blood cells during storage.
Indications
- Preservation of blood and red blood cell mass.

Dosage Regimen

It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen. |
Perform blood collection and preparation of its components strictly according to the official “Instructions for the Collection and Preservation of Blood” approved by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
Use a ratio of 14 ml of the hemopreservative solution per 100 ml of whole blood for effective anticoagulation and preservation.
Adverse Reactions
Monitor for allergic reactions in individuals with known sensitivities, as these are possible following exposure to the solution or during the transfusion of preserved blood products.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to any of the components contained in the hemopreservative solution.
Special Precautions
The same system should not be used for transfusions of blood, red blood cell mass, and for IV infusion of other medicines.
Drug Interactions
Consider this solution incompatible with other medicines. Do not introduce or mix any additional drugs or solutions into the blood collection or storage system containing this hemopreservative.
Storage Conditions
Store at 15°C (59°F) to 25°C (77°F). Keep in original packaging, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
