Indications

  • Treatment of painful symptoms during the eruption of milk teeth in children, such as painful sensitivity, swelling and inflammation of the gums; anxiety and irritability; fever; otalgia; diarrhea.

Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

The tablets should be taken orally 30 minutes before a meal or 40 minutes after a meal, slowly dissolving them in the oral cavity. When treating infants and children under 3 years of age, the tablets should be dissolved in a small amount of water (1 teaspoon).

In the absence of other instructions, Dentokind® should be taken as follows: children under 3 years of agefor acute symptoms – 1 tablet every hour (but not more than 6 tablets/day), after symptom relief – 1 tablet 3 times/day; children aged 3 to 6 yearsfor acute symptoms – 2 tablets every hour (but not more than 12 tablets/day), after symptom relief – 2 tablets 3 times/day.

The duration of treatment is up to 7 days. If necessary, a second course can be carried out.

To date, no information on cases of side effects has been received. If side effects occur, you should consult a doctor.

Contraindications

  • Lactase deficiency, lactose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption;
  • Increased individual sensitivity to individual components of the drug.

Special Precautions

When using homeopathic medicinal products, a temporary primary worsening of the condition may occur. In this case, you should stop taking the drug and consult a doctor.

If there is no improvement in the child’s condition while using the drug during the first 2 days and/or if the body temperature rises above 38°C (100.4°F), it is necessary to consult a doctor.

The maximum daily dose for acute symptoms is 12 tablets, which corresponds to 0.1 XE.

Overdose

No cases of overdose have been reported to date.

Drug Interactions

Currently, there is no information on the interaction of Dentokind® with other medicines.

If the child is taking or has recently taken other medicines, including those that can be purchased without a prescription, the doctor should be informed about this.

Storage Conditions

The drug should be stored out of the reach of children at a temperature from 15°C (59°F) to 25°C (77°F).

Shelf life – 5 years.
