Pharmacological Action
A combined herbal preparation; has bronchodilatory, mucolytic, expectorant, and anti-inflammatory effects.
Indications
Symptomatic treatment of acute and chronic respiratory tract diseases accompanied by a dry cough or a cough with difficult-to-expectorate sputum
- Pharyngitis;
- Laryngitis, including “lecturer’s” laryngitis;
- Tracheitis;
- Bronchitis.

Dosage Regimen
| The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen. |
Administer the syrup orally after meals.
For children aged 3 to 5 years, administer 2.5 ml ( half a teaspoon) three times per day.
For children aged 6 to 14 years, administer 2.5 ml to 5 ml ( half to one teaspoon) three times per day.
For adults and children over 14 years, administer 5 ml to 10 ml ( one to two teaspoons) three times per day.
Use the provided measuring cup for accurate dosing; do not use household spoons.
The standard course of treatment is 14 to 21 days (2 to 3 weeks).
Do not extend the duration of treatment or initiate a repeated course without a recommendation from a physician.
If symptoms persist or worsen during therapy, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
Shake the bottle well before each use.
Adverse Reactions
Nausea and a feeling of discomfort in the abdominal cavity, allergic reactions.
If side effects not described in the instructions appear, the patient should stop taking the drug and inform the attending physician.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug;
- Sucrase/isomaltase deficiency, fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption;
- Children under 3 years of age.
With caution patients with diabetes mellitus.
Use in Pregnancy and Lactation
Due to the lack of experience of use in pregnant and breastfeeding women, the prescription of the drug to this group is not recommended.
Pediatric Use
The use of the drug is contraindicated in children under 3 years of age.
Special Precautions
If the symptoms of the disease persist or a deterioration in the condition is observed, the patient must stop using the drug and consult a doctor.
The drug contains sucrose, which must be taken into account by patients with diabetes mellitus, as well as persons on a low-calorie diet. One single dose for adults (5-10 ml) contains 3.75-7.5 g of sucrose, which corresponds to 0.31-0.62 XE (Bread Units).
The drug should be stored out of the reach of children. In case of accidental or intentional swallowing of the drug by a child, seek medical help immediately.
If the medicinal product has deteriorated or the expiration date has passed, it should not be disposed of in sewage or on the street. It is necessary to place the drug in a bag and put it in a trash container. These measures will help protect the environment.
Effect on the ability to drive vehicles and mechanisms
The drug does not affect the ability to perform potentially hazardous activities that require increased concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions (driving vehicles, working with moving mechanisms, work of a dispatcher and operator).
Overdose
No cases of drug overdose have been reported to date.
Drug Interactions
Concomitant use with antitussive drugs is not recommended due to the possibility of impaired expectoration of liquefied sputum.
Storage Conditions
The drug should be stored out of the reach of children at a temperature not exceeding 30°C (86°F).
Shelf Life
The shelf life is 3 years. Do not use the drug after the expiration date printed on the packaging.
