Dosage Form, Packaging, and Product Composition

Composition extract of Panax ginseng roots, vitamin C, nicotinamide, vitamin E tocopherol acetate, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin A, folic acid, biotin, vitamin D3, vitamin B12, zinc sulfate monohydrate, iron fumarate, copper sulfate pentahydrate, potassium iodide, chromium chloride, sodium selenate.

Content of biologically active substances per 1 tablet vitamin A 0.4 mg, vitamin D3 2.5 mcg, vitamin C 60 mg, vitamin E 10 mg, vitamin B1 1.4 mg, vitamin B2 1.6 mg, vitamin B6 2 mg, vitamin B12 1 mcg, folic acid 0.2 mg, nicotinamide 18 mg; pantothenic acid 12 mg, biotin 75 mcg, zinc 7.5 mg, copper 0.312 mg, iron 7 mg, iodine 50 mcg, chromium 32.5 mcg, selenium 25 mcg, sum of panaxosides not less than 2 mg.

Auxiliary components lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, cellactose (a mixture of lactose and cellulose), sodium carboxymethylcellulose E466, magnesium stearate E470, stearic acid E570; tablet coating layer – a mixture of hypromellose E464, polydextrose E1200, titanium dioxide E171, talc E553III, maltodextrin, medium-chain triglycerides, dyes Allura Red AC E129, Brilliant Blue FCF E133.

Scope of Application

Recommended as a dietary supplement – an additional source of vitamins (A, E, D, C, B group), minerals (zinc, iron, copper, iodine, chromium, selenium), and a source of panaxosides.

  • Use as an additional source of vitamins A, E, D, C, and B-group vitamins.
  • Use as a source of minerals including zinc, iron, copper, iodine, chromium, and selenium.
  • Use as a source of panaxosides for dietary supplementation purposes.

Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

Take one tablet orally once daily with breakfast.

Swallow the tablet whole with a small amount of liquid; do not chew.

Limit the duration of administration to a continuous period of four to eight weeks.

Adverse Reactions

Monitor for potential hypersensitivity reactions, including skin rash, itching, and urticaria, which may occur due to individual intolerance.

Observe for central nervous system effects such as insomnia, nervousness, excitability, headache, and dizziness, particularly in sensitive individuals.

Report gastrointestinal disturbances, including nausea, epigastric discomfort, and diarrhea. Discontinue use immediately if any adverse reactions occur.

Drug Interactions

Avoid concurrent use with other products containing vitamin A or retinoids due to the risk of hypervitaminosis A.

Exercise caution with concomitant use of stimulants or other central nervous system activating substances, as the ginseng extract may potentiate these effects.

Separate administration from tetracycline antibiotics and fluoroquinolones by at least two hours as minerals may chelate these drugs and reduce their absorption.

Contraindications

  • Do not use in cases of known hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation.
  • Do not administer to patients with pre-existing hypertension, cardiac arrhythmias, or severe atherosclerosis.
  • Avoid use in individuals with conditions of increased nervous excitability, insomnia, or sleep disorders.
  • Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Overdose

Discontinue use immediately and initiate symptomatic and supportive treatment.

Be aware that acute overdose may manifest as gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea and vomiting.

Monitor for signs of chronic hypervitaminosis, particularly for vitamins A and D, with long-term excessive intake.

Storage Conditions

Keep out of reach of children at a temperature not exceeding 25°C (77°F).
