Pharmacological Action
Enema Clean is a saline laxative, the action of which is based on increasing the retention of water in the intestinal lumen through osmotic processes.
The accumulation of fluid in the intestine leads to increased peristalsis and subsequent bowel cleansing.
The time to onset of effect is 5-7 minutes after administration.
Indications
- Constipation;
- Preparation for endoscopic examination of the rectum;
- Preparation for X-ray examination of the abdominal organs;
- Preparation for surgical operations on the abdominal organs, childbirth.

Dosage Regimen

Rectally, 120 ml (one bottle).
Before use, lie on your left side, bending your right leg at the knee, remove the protective cap from the lubricated tip of the bottle and carefully insert the tip into the anus, applying slight pressure towards the navel.
Squeeze out the contents of the bottle and remove the tip from the anus.
It is not necessary to squeeze out the contents completely, as the bottle contains a 15 ml excess of the drug.
The recommended body position should be maintained until the urge to defecate occurs.
Adverse Reactions
Allergic reactions, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and local irritant effects are possible.
Contraindications
Individual hypersensitivity, intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation, childhood.
Use in Pregnancy and Lactation
The drug can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Pediatric Use
Contraindicated in childhood.

If nausea, vomiting, or abdominal pain occurs, consult a doctor.
Storage Conditions
In a dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C (77°F).
