Dietary supplement for correction of intestinal microflora composition and strengthening of natural immunity

Properties

Dietary supplement to food.

It contains B vitamins, which helps to compensate for hypovitaminosis that develops due to impaired absorption.

Probiotics are live microorganisms that are beneficial to humans and, with systematic use, ensure normalization of the composition and/or increase the biological activity of the normal intestinal microflora. Lacto- and bifidobacteria are mainly used as probiotics. Probiotics inhibit the growth of other microorganisms, prevent damage to the intestinal mucosa by pathogenic microorganisms, and produce antimicrobial factors. Due to their universal immunomodulatory properties, probiotics are actively involved in the formation of systemic and local immune resistance of the body, and their use is justified in allergic diseases, susceptibility to acute respiratory viral infections and colds, frequent stress, pharyngitis, sinusitis, pneumonia, bronchial asthma, helminthiasis, lactose intolerance, and periodontal diseases. The combination of strains (Bifidobacterium lactis Bl-04; Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14; Lactobacillus rhamnosus Lr-32) helps normalize the microflora starting from the upper gastrointestinal tract and oral cavity (lactobacilli) and ending with the colon (bifidobacteria), and also, due to the presence of lactobacilli, supports the normal vaginal microbiocenosis in women.

Inulin is a complex carbohydrate that acts as a prebiotic. Inulin is not digested in the body but is broken down by bacteria in the intestine, thus having a beneficial effect on the state of the microbiota. The inclusion of a prebiotic positively affects the composition and activity of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria. Furthermore, during the metabolism of inulin in the intestine, fatty acids are formed that improve the protective function of the intestine and the body’s immune response.

The intake of vitamins and minerals into the body largely depends on the state of the intestinal microflora. Therefore, when the intestinal microflora is disturbed, it is important to compensate for the deficiency of vitamins, in particular B vitamins. They normalize the functioning of the nervous and cardiovascular systems; improve intestinal function and skin condition; support emotional health, help cope with stress, depression, and increased emotional stress; participate in cell growth, energy metabolism, and muscle function; strengthen immunity and increase the body’s resistance to various diseases.

Scope of Application

As a dietary supplement – a source of inulin and probiotic microorganisms (bifidobacteria and lactobacilli), an additional source of B vitamins (B1, B2, B6, B12) – for the correction of the qualitative and quantitative composition of the microflora and strengthening of the body’s natural defenses, in chronic gastrointestinal diseases, during and after the use of antibiotics (including Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy), and also as a means of preventing intestinal disorders during travel and during outbreaks of intestinal infections.
