Pharmacological Action
Antacid agent. It has an adsorbing effect and reduces gas formation in the intestine.
Mg2+ salts neutralize hydrochloric acid and suppress pepsin formation.
Magnesium trisilicate has an adsorbing and enveloping effect, Magnesium hydroxide has an adsorbing effect.
Algedrate has adsorbing and cytoprotective effects.
Simethicone changes the surface tension of gas bubbles formed in the gastrointestinal tract and prevents the process of further gas formation.
Indications
Gastric and duodenal ulcer; non-ulcer dyspepsia syndrome; chronic gastritis; heartburn (including after dietary errors, alcohol abuse, coffee, nicotine); increased gas formation in the postoperative period; flatulence; esophagitis; gastroesophageal reflux; prevention of drug-induced lesions of the gastric and esophageal mucosa; preparation for diagnostic examinations.

Dosage Regimen
| The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen. |
Administer orally. Chew the tablets thoroughly; do not swallow them whole.
For routine management of chronic conditions, take 1-2 tablets, 1-2 hours after meals and at bedtime. The total frequency is 3-4 times per day.
For acute symptoms of pain or heartburn, use the medication immediately after their occurrence, irrespective of meal times.
The maximum daily dosage is 8 tablets. Do not exceed this limit.
For preparation for diagnostic examinations, follow the specific regimen provided by your physician.
When using for postoperative gas, adhere to the dosage and schedule prescribed by the surgeon.
If symptoms persist beyond two weeks of self-medication, consult a physician for further evaluation.

Decreased appetite, nausea, myasthenia, allergic reactions.

Hypersensitivity.
Special Precautions
With long-term use, monitoring of Al3+ content in plasma is necessary.
Drug Interactions
Reduces the absorption of diazepam, digoxin, isoniazid, phenothiazines, anticholinergic drugs, tetracycline, fat-soluble vitamins (especially vitamin A).
Storage Conditions
Store at 2°C (36°F) to 25°C (77°F). Keep in original packaging, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
