Syrup from brown to reddish-brown in color, with a characteristic odor; slight opalescence is allowed.

Pharmacological Action
Herbal medicinal product, possesses expectorant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial (bacteriostatic) action.
Indications
Used in the complex therapy of inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract, accompanied by a dry cough; as well as for the dry cough of smokers.

Dosage Regimen
| The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen. |
Administer orally.
For adults and children over 14 years, take 10 ml (2 teaspoons) three to five times daily.
For children aged 7 to 14 years, take 5-10 ml (1-2 teaspoons) three times daily.
For children aged 2 to 7 years, take 5 ml (1 teaspoon) three times daily.
Shake the bottle well before each use.
Use a measuring spoon or cup for accurate dosing; do not use a household teaspoon.
Take the dose after meals.
The standard treatment course is 2-3 weeks.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
If symptoms persist beyond 7 days, discontinue use and consult a physician.
Do not use concurrently with antitussive medications.
Adverse Reactions
Systemic reactions: allergic reactions.
Gastrointestinal side: dyspeptic phenomena (heartburn).
Contraindications
Diabetes mellitus, children under 2 years of age, gastric hypersecretion, hyperacid gastritis, gastric and duodenal ulcer in the acute phase.
Use in Pregnancy and Lactation
Use is contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Pediatric Use
Use is contraindicated in children under 2 years of age.
Special Precautions
5 ml of syrup (1 teaspoon) contains 4 g of sucrose. When following the recommendations for the use of the medicinal product specified in the instructions, the patient receives from 4 g (1 teaspoon) (corresponding to 0.4 XU) to 8 g (2 teaspoons) (corresponding to 0.8 XU) of sucrose per dose.
If symptoms of the disease persist or the condition worsens during the use of the medicinal product within 7 days, a doctor should be consulted.
Drug Interactions
Should not be used simultaneously with antitussive drugs and medicinal products that reduce sputum formation, as this makes it difficult to cough up liquefied sputum.
Should not be used simultaneously with other medicinal products containing ascorbic acid.
Storage Conditions
Store at 2°C (36°F) to 30°C (86°F). Keep in original packaging, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
