Pharmacological Action
The decoction of the mixture exerts spasmolytic, vasodilating, diuretic, sedative, and cardiotonic action, which is due to the combined effect of the mixture components.
Hawthorn fruits have cardiotonic and spasmolytic action; Marsh cudweed herb has vasodilating, hypotensive, and anti-inflammatory action; Motherwort herb has sedative, some hypotensive and cardiotonic action; Valeriana officinalis rhizomes with roots have sedative as well as spasmolytic action.
Polygonum aviculare herb possesses diuretic and anti-inflammatory activity; Mentha piperita leaves possess spasmolytic and sedative activity; Plantago major leaves have anti-inflammatory, expectorant, and diuretic action.
Indications
Neurocirculatory dystonia of the hypertensive type, cardialgia, neuroses accompanied by irritability, anxiety, fear.

Dosage Regimen
| The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen. |
Approximately 10 g (2 tablespoons) of the mixture are placed in an enamelware, poured with 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, covered with a lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 10 minutes, strained, and the remaining raw material is squeezed out. The volume of the obtained decoction is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
It is taken orally in a warm form, 1/2 glass 2-3 times a day 20-30 minutes before meals. The course of treatment is 3-4 weeks. An increase in the duration and repeated courses of treatment are possible in agreement with the doctor.
The decoction is recommended to be shaken before use.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, pregnancy, breastfeeding period, age under 18 years.

Contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Pediatric Use
Contraindicated under 18 years of age.
Storage Conditions
The drug should be stored in a dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children. The decoction should be stored in a cool place for no more than 2 days.
Shelf Life
Shelf life – 2 years. Do not use after the expiration date printed on the packaging.
