Indications
- treatment and prevention of recurrences of ARVI with a symptom complex of fever, myalgia (muscle pain), intoxication, cough, runny nose, sore throat.

Dosage Regimen
| The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen. |
For adults in the first days of the illness, 7-9 granules 5 times a day sublingually in the first 2-3 days until the temperature decreases, then 7-9 granules 3 times a day until day 10-14, and then 7-9 granules 2 times a day until day 28.
For children from 5 years and older, 5-7 granules 5 times a day until fever is relieved, then 5-7 granules 3 times a day for 10-14 days, and then 5-7 granules 2 times a day until day 28 – for relapse prevention therapy.
The drug is taken sublingually until completely dissolved, 30 minutes before a meal or one hour after a meal, or in between meals.
Adverse Reactions
Allergic reactions are possible.
Contraindications
- hypersensitivity to individual components of the drug;
- children under 5 years of age.
Use in Pregnancy and Lactation
Not recommended.
Pediatric Use
Contraindicated in children under 5 years of age. Can be used in children over 5 years of age as indicated.
Special Precautions
If there is no therapeutic effect within 3-5 days of use, or if side effects not described in the drug instructions appear, you should consult a doctor. Information for patients with diabetes mellitus – intake of the recommended daily dose of the drug in sucrose granules corresponds to 0.13 bread units.
Overdose
Cases of overdose have not been reported to date.
Drug Interactions
Simultaneous use with other medicinal products is possible.
Storage Conditions
Store at a temperature not above 25°C (77°F), in a dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
Shelf Life
Shelf life – 5 years.
