Dosage Regimen
| The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen. |
For acute illness, children from 3 to 6 years are prescribed 1 tablet every 2 hours (no more than 6 times/day) until improvement occurs, then – 1/2 tablet 3 times/day until complete recovery.
Children from 6 to 12 years are prescribed 1 tablet every hour (no more than 7-8 times/day) until improvement occurs, then – 1 tablet 3 times/day until complete recovery.
Adults and children over 12 years are prescribed 1 tablet every hour (no more than 12 times/day) until improvement occurs, then – 1-2 tablets 3 times/day until complete recovery.
The drug in the form of an oral solution for acute illnesses is prescribed as 10 drops every hour (no more than 12 times/day) until improvement occurs, then – 10-20 drops 3 times/day until complete recovery.
For the prevention of ARVI, children from 3 to 6 years are prescribed 1/2 tablet 2 times/day; children from 6 to 12 years – 1 tablet 2 times/day; adults and children over 12 years are prescribed 1 tablet 3 times/day.
For the prevention of ARVI, the drug in the form of an oral solution is prescribed to adults and children over 12 years as 10-20 drops 3 times/day.
The drug should be taken 30 minutes before or 30 minutes after a meal. The tablets should be slowly dissolved in the mouth. For children from 3 to 5 years, it is recommended to dissolve the tablet in a small amount of liquid or give it in crushed form under the tongue.

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
It is not recommended to prescribe the drug in tablet form to children under 3 years of age (due to insufficient clinical data).
Use in Pregnancy and Lactation
The use of the drug Influcid during pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding) is possible only if the intended benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus and child.
Pediatric Use
It is not recommended to prescribe the drug in tablet form to children under 3 years of age (due to insufficient clinical data).

Special Precautions
When using Influcid, a temporary worsening of the condition is possible. In this case, the patient should stop taking the drug and consult a doctor.
When using Influcid, the use of other medications is allowed.
The patient should be informed that if there is no improvement in the acute illness after 2 days, the drug should be discontinued and a doctor should be consulted.
Taking the drug Influcid in tablet form may have a negative effect on patients with celiac disease and lactose intolerance. Such patients are recommended to take the drug in the form of an oral solution.
Overdose
Currently, no cases of overdose with the drug Influcid have been reported.
Drug Interactions
Drug interactions of the drug Influcid with other medicinal products have not been established.
Storage Conditions
The drug in tablet form should be stored in a dry place, out of the reach of children, at a temperature of 15°-25°C (59°-77°F).
The drug in the form of an oral solution should be stored in a dry place, out of the reach of children, at room temperature.
Shelf Life
The shelf life of the drug in tablet form is 3 years, in the form of an oral solution – 5 years.
