Properties

The solution is intended to facilitate the expectoration of viscous secretions (sputum) in the airways due to an osmotic mechanism. The high salt concentration attracts water and promotes bronchial mucus rehydration.

Hyaluronic acid (Sodium hyaluronate) has the ability to bind a large number of water molecules and retain them in the interfibrillar space, participates in protective mechanisms by stimulating ciliary movement, and protects lung tissue from the damaging effects of enzymes.

Due to the presence of hyaluronic acid in the composition of this product, patient tolerance and adherence to therapy are significantly improved.

The medical device is intended for self-administration at home, as well as for use in medical and preventive institutions.

Scope of Application

Diseases of the respiratory system accompanied by difficult expectoration of viscous secretions (sputum) in the airways: acute bronchitis, exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, bronchiectasis, cystic fibrosis.

It is recommended to use any jet or membrane nebulizer.

Special instructions

The solution is for single-use and individual use.

The solution is intended for inhalation only.

The first use of the solution should occur under the supervision of a doctor or qualified personnel.

Use of the solution by children should occur under adult supervision.

For individuals particularly sensitive to the solution, premedication with bronchodilators is recommended at the beginning of treatment to help prevent bronchospastic reactions. Premedication with bronchodilators should be carried out under medical supervision.

In case of a bronchospasm attack or persistent cough, the patient should interrupt treatment and inform the attending physician.

The hypertonic solution should not be mixed with other drugs.

Drug Interactions

The use of any medications simultaneously with the solution is allowed only under medical supervision.

Store at 2°C (36°F) to 30°C (86°F). Keep in original packaging, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
