Pharmacological Action
The infusion of the mixture has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory action.
Indications
Use the preparation for the local treatment of inflammatory conditions of the upper and lower respiratory tract, as specified by the corresponding ICD codes.
- Acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract, including pharyngitis, laryngitis, tracheitis, tonsillitis, and bronchitis.
- Infectious and inflammatory processes requiring antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory action for symptomatic relief and treatment.

Dosage Regimen
| The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen. |
Prepare the infusion for inhalation and gargling by placing approximately 8 g (2 tablespoons) in an enamel bowl, pouring 200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water, covering with a lid, and bringing to a boil over low heat.
Use the resulting steam for inhalation for 5 to 10 minutes. After inhalation, filter the infusion, squeeze out the raw material, and use the warm liquid for gargling, 1/2 glass several times a day.
Herbal mixture
The infusion of the mixture is used for inhalations and gargling. Approximately 8 g (2 tablespoons) are placed in an enamel bowl, poured with 200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water, covered with a lid, brought to a boil over low heat, removed from the heat and used for inhalation for 5-10 minutes.
After inhalation, the infusion is filtered, the raw material is squeezed out, and used warm for gargling, 1/2 glass several times a day.
Adverse Reactions
Monitor for signs of hypersensitivity during treatment. Allergic reactions are possible, including skin rash, itching, and urticaria.
Discontinue use immediately if any adverse reactions occur and seek medical advice for management of symptoms.
Contraindications
Do not use this preparation under the following conditions.
- Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, including Matricaria flowers or Eucalypti folium, or any of the excipients.
- Known allergy to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae family due to the risk of cross-sensitivity reactions.
Drug Interactions
Formal studies of drug interactions have not been conducted with this herbal preparation. Exercise caution when using concurrently with other topical medications applied to the oropharyngeal mucosa.
Due to the potential for additive effects, avoid simultaneous use with other herbal products known to have antimicrobial or anti-inflammatory properties without medical consultation.
Overdose
No specific data on overdose is available. Excessive use of the infusion for gargling or inhalation is unlikely to lead to serious systemic effects due to the local nature of application.
In case of suspected overdose or ingestion of large quantities, discontinue use and initiate symptomatic and supportive care as required; consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist.
Storage Conditions
Store in a dry, light-protected place, out of reach of children; the prepared infusion – in a cool place for no more than 2 days.
Shelf Life
Shelf life is 1 year. Do not use after the expiration date printed on the package.
