Indications

  • In children aged from 1 year to 7 years with increased excitability, restlessness, sleep disorders (as part of complex therapy);
  • In children aged 7 years and older and in adults with impaired concentration, increased excitability, restlessness, sleep disorders (in complex therapy).

Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

Granules are preferably taken half an hour before or half an hour after a meal, allowing them to slowly dissolve in the mouth. For children under 3 years of age, for ease of administration, the granules can be dissolved in a small amount of water (for example, in a teaspoon).

Unless otherwise prescribed, Kindinorm is recommended to be taken as follows: Adults – 20 granules 3 times/day; Children and adolescents aged 10 to 18 years – 10 granules 3 times/day; Children aged 1 to 10 years – 1 granule per year of life 3 times/day.

The course of treatment is at least 6 weeks. The duration of treatment is determined by the doctor.

Adverse Reactions

Possible allergic reactions.

Contraindications

  • Children under 1 year of age;
  • Increased individual sensitivity to individual components of the drug.

Use in Pregnancy and Lactation

The use of the drug is possible only if the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus (child). A doctor’s consultation is necessary.

Pediatric Use

Contraindicated in children under 1 year of age.

Special Precautions

If there is no improvement after 4 weeks of treatment with the drug or if the condition worsens, a doctor should be consulted to adjust the treatment.

Long-term treatment from 6 weeks and more than 8 weeks is recommended only after consultation with a doctor and under their supervision.

When using homeopathic medicinal products, a temporary primary worsening of the condition may occur. In this case, the drug should be discontinued and a doctor should be consulted.

Patients with diabetes mellitus should take into account that the maximum daily dose of 60 granules contains 1.2 g of sucrose, which corresponds to 0.1 bread unit (BU).

Effect on the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery

Caution should be exercised during the use of the drug when engaging in potentially hazardous activities that require increased concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions.

Overdose

Cases of overdose have not been reported to date.

Drug Interactions

To date, no interaction of Kindinorm with other medicinal products has been identified.

The use of homeopathic preparations does not exclude treatment with other medicinal products.

Storage Conditions

The drug should be stored in a dry place, out of the reach of children, at a temperature between 15°C (59°F) and 25°C (77°F).

Shelf Life

Shelf life – 4 years.

The drug is approved for use as an over-the-counter product.
