Indications
Use this preparation in adults exclusively as an adjunct within a comprehensive therapeutic regimen for the management of specific venous conditions.
- Treat varicose veins affecting the lower extremities.
- Manage symptoms associated with chronic venous insufficiency classified as clinical grades I and II.
- Provide symptomatic relief for hemorrhoids.

Dosage Regimen

Administer the preparation orally to adults at a standard dose of 30 drops per intake.
Always dilute the drops in a small volume of water, approximately 10-15 ml, prior to administration.
Take the dose three times daily, ensuring it is taken either 30 minutes before a meal or 1 hour after a meal to optimize absorption.
Continue the treatment for a duration of 1 month as a standard therapeutic course.
Adverse Reactions
Monitor patients for the potential development of allergic reactions, which may include skin rash, pruritus, or urticaria.
Discontinue use immediately upon the appearance of any signs of hypersensitivity and institute appropriate symptomatic treatment.

Contraindications

Special Precautions
The content of ethyl alcohol in the preparation is 45-48% (by volume). When taking a single dose (30 drops), the patient receives up to 0.72 ml of ethyl alcohol.
The bottle should be closed immediately after use. Protect from overheating.
Overdose
There are no reported cases of overdose with this preparation in the available literature.
In the event of accidental ingestion of a significantly large volume, the primary risk is associated with the ethanol content; monitor for signs of alcohol intoxication and provide supportive care as required.
