Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

Apply Opodeldoc externally. Use a small amount on the insect bite site and rub in with light circular motions. Reapply 2-3 times if itching persists after 1 minute until symptoms are relieved.

Apply the Ointment externally. Use a uniform thin layer on painful areas up to 4 times daily. Do not apply a bandage.

Adverse Reactions

Monitor for allergic reactions. Discontinue use immediately if signs of hypersensitivity, such as rash, itching, or redness, occur.

Report any severe or persistent local skin reactions to a healthcare professional.

Drug Interactions

No specific drug interactions are known. Simultaneous use with other topical medicinal products is possible.

Contraindications

  • Do not use on skin with damaged integrity, including open wounds, cuts, or severe abrasions.

Overdose

Overdose is unlikely due to topical application. Excessive use may increase the risk of local adverse reactions.

Special Precautions

Avoid contact with the mucous membranes of the eyes, nose, oral cavity, etc. If contact with mucous membranes occurs, rinse with plenty of water.

Storage Conditions

At a temperature not exceeding 25°C (77°F), in a dry place protected from light. Keep out of reach of children!

The shelf life is 5 years.
