Dosage Form, Packaging, and Composition

Solution for oral administration, alcoholic transparent, from light green to green in color, with a specific aromatic odor.

Alpha-Tocopherol Acetate 0.01 g

Excipients : citric acid – 0.1 g, ethanol 95% (ethyl alcohol) – up to 100 ml.

Pharmacological Action

General tonic agent. Increases the body’s resistance to adverse factors during physical and mental fatigue.

Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

Administer orally. Dilute the required number of drops in 50 ml of drinking water immediately prior to use.

For adults and individuals over 18 years of age, take 20-40 drops per single dose.

Adhere to a three times daily administration schedule.

The maximum daily dosage is 120 drops. Do not exceed this limit.

Administer the solution during or immediately after a meal.

The duration of therapy is determined by the physician based on clinical response and tolerability.

Strictly follow the recommended dilution, frequency, and maximum daily dose to ensure therapeutic effect and minimize potential adverse reactions.

Adverse Reactions

Monitor for systemic allergic reactions.

Discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention if signs of hypersensitivity, such as rash, urticaria, or itching, occur.

Contraindications

  • Cardiosclerosis, myocardial infarction, nephritis, severe renal failure, hemorrhagic diathesis, thyroid diseases, hypervitaminosis E, pregnancy, lactation period (breastfeeding), age under 18 years, hypersensitivity to the components of the combination (including to iodine).

Use with caution in patients with liver cirrhosis, viral hepatitis, renal failure, and in elderly patients.

Use in Pregnancy and Lactation

Contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding).

Use in Hepatic Impairment

With caution: liver cirrhosis, viral hepatitis.

Use in Renal Impairment

Contraindicated in severe renal failure.

Pediatric Use

Contraindicated under 18 years of age.

Geriatric Use

With caution in elderly age.

Special Precautions

When using, the daily requirement and therapeutic doses of vitamin E should be considered to avoid overdose.

The daily requirement of vitamin E for an adult is on average 10 mg.

Storage Conditions

Store at 2°C (36°F) to 25°C (77°F). Keep in original packaging, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
