Pharmacological Action

A product for intranasal use. Helps maintain the normal physiological state of the nasal mucosa.

Helps thin mucus and facilitates its removal from the nose. The trace elements contained in sea water improve the function of the ciliated epithelium, which enhances the resistance of the nasal mucosa to pathogenic bacteria and viruses. In allergic rhinitis, it helps remove allergens from the nasal mucosa.

Indications

Acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the nose, paranasal sinuses, and nasopharynx; prevention of infectious diseases of the nose and nasopharynx; allergic and vasomotor rhinitis; prevention of inflammatory processes after surgical interventions; daily hygiene of the nasal cavity to preserve the protective properties of the mucosa under conditions of increased dryness or air pollution (including air conditioning, central heating).

Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

Aerosol

For greater effectiveness, before removing mucous secretions with an aspirator, it is recommended to rinse the nasal cavity, for example, with Marimer sea water solution, nasal drops.

Aspirator preparation

1. Wash your hands.

2. Assemble the aspirator.

3. Place a cotton pad, which serves as a filter, between the tip and the body of the aspirator.

Child preparation

1. Place the child on a changing table and slightly raise their head.

2. Hold the thickened end of the mouthpiece between your teeth.

3. Insert the tip into one of the child’s nasal passages.

4. Gently draw in air with even breaths through the mouthpiece. Mucous secretions will collect in the aspirator body on the cotton pad.

If necessary, repeat the procedure several times.

Repeat the procedure for the other nasal passage.

Aspirator care

After each use, disassemble the aspirator, thoroughly wash the parts with warm soapy water, and rinse with clean water.

For hygiene purposes, the tip should be sterilized with cold or steam before use. Do not boil.

Drops

Used intranasally in children, starting from 2 weeks of age (in the appropriate dosage form), and in adults for therapeutic purposes 4-6 times/day, for hygienic purposes – 1-4 times/day.
