Pharmacological Action

This medicinal product is made from a lysate of urethral discharge from patients with gonorrhea, taken before the start of treatment. It is manufactured in compliance with viral safety rules*.

Indications

Key symptoms for prescribing the drug

  • Growth of cutaneous-mucosal neoplasms: molluscum, condylomas, warts;
  • Abundant serous discharge from orifices, especially the vagina in women;
  • Presence of catarrhal inflammation in one or more mucous membranes;
  • Slowly progressive development of various diseases;
  • Tendency to depression and even obsession, as a reaction to existing diseases.

Main cases of clinical application

Otorhinolaryngology

  • Chronic rhinopharyngitis with enlarged adenoids, which may be hypertrophic or not, abundant, clear discharge;
  • Exudative otitis media;
  • Prevention of sore throat recurrence;
  • Chronic sinusitis, nasal and sinus polyposis.

Pulmonology

  • Chronic bronchitis;
  • Treatment of chronic asthma.

Dermatology

  • Diaper dermatitis;
  • Unpleasantly smelling weeping eczema;
  • Herpes, especially genital;
  • Acne;
  • Small warts, plantar warts, confluent warts on the cheeks;

    • HPV infections;
    • Chlamydia: a primary indication, because in this disease there is an identical location of lesions, both urethrovaginal and conjunctival, and pathogenetic symptoms characteristic of this substance;
  • Uterine fibroids and intrauterine polyps: to limit disease progression and prevent recurrence after their removal in women with recurrent urogenital infections.

Rheumatology

  • Degenerative or inflammatory rheumatism, especially in large joints with characteristic changes, pelvic rheumatoid spondylitis;
  • Reactive arthritis, especially if there is a history of Flessinger-Leroy-Reiter syndrome, the symptoms of which are similar to the pathogenetic symptoms of Medorrhinum (Medorrhinum).

Behavioral disorders

  • Sleep disorders in children who make rhythmic head movements on the pillow when falling asleep, sleep on their stomach or in a knee-elbow position;
  • Difficulties with learning at school due to memory problems or psychomotor agitation with disorderly accelerated movements;
  • Some depressive and/or obsessive states. Medorrhinum (Medorrhinum) has been used to treat depressive and/or obsessive states in adults following a chronic urogenital infection requiring long-term treatment.

Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

Sublingually.

The granules should be dissolved in the mouth 30 minutes before a meal or 60 minutes after a meal.

For children from 0 to 3 years old, the granules are first diluted by shaking in 10-15 ml of water at room temperature and given to drink.

The optimal amount per dose is 5 granules.

Consultation with a doctor is necessary to determine the potency, frequency and duration of administration.
