Pharmacological Action

A complete complex of 12 vitamins and 10 minerals.

It ensures the replenishment of vitamin and mineral deficiencies in a woman’s body during pregnancy planning, pregnancy, and the breastfeeding period. The pharmacological action of the drug is determined by the properties of its constituent vitamins and minerals.

  • Prevention of hypovitaminosis and mineral deficiency during pregnancy planning, pregnancy, and the breastfeeding period.

Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

Take one tablet orally once daily.

Administer the tablet after breakfast to enhance tolerability and absorption.

Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water; do not chew or crush.

Initiate supplementation during the preconception period and continue throughout pregnancy.

Continue daily intake during the entire postpartum period while breastfeeding.

Adhere strictly to the recommended daily dose of one tablet.

Do not exceed the stated dosage without specific medical instruction.

Concurrent use with other vitamin-mineral complexes is not recommended without physician approval.

Adverse Reactions

Allergic reactions to the components of the drug are possible.

Urine may turn an intense yellow color, which is not dangerous as it is due to the presence of riboflavin in the drug’s composition.

Contraindications

Use in Pregnancy and Lactation

It is recommended for women during pregnancy planning, pregnancy, and the breastfeeding period.

Special Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Do not use simultaneously with other medicines containing vitamins and minerals without a doctor’s prescription.

Overdose

Symptoms: nausea, weakness, visual disturbances, gastrointestinal disorders.

Treatment: activated charcoal orally, gastric lavage, symptomatic treatment. In case of overdose, it is necessary to consult a doctor.

Drug Interactions

The drug contains Iron and Calcium and therefore may delay the intestinal absorption of antibiotics from the tetracycline group, as well as fluoroquinolone derivatives.

Vitamin C enhances the action and side effects of antimicrobial agents from the sulfonamide group (including the appearance of crystals in urine).

Antacid preparations containing aluminum, Magnesium, Calcium reduce iron absorption.

When prescribed simultaneously with diuretics from the thiazide group, the likelihood of hypercalcemia increases.

Storage Conditions

Store the drug in a dry place at a temperature of 10-30°C (50-86°F). Keep out of reach of children.

Shelf Life

Shelf life – 5 years. Do not use after the expiration date.
