Pharmacological Action
The drug provides a balanced intake of vitamins, macro- and microelements into the body.
It helps maintain normal metabolism, stimulates the body’s immune defense, aids in the body’s recovery after increased physical and mental stress, improves adaptive capabilities under conditions of stress, adverse environmental factors, and inadequate and unbalanced nutrition.
Lutein helps maintain visual acuity under increased visual load.
Indications
- Prevention of hypovitaminosis, deficiency of macro- and microelements in the body;
- Increased need for vitamins and minerals during mental, physical and visual stress, sports activities;
- Recovery period after illnesses;
- Prevention of age-related eye diseases (cataract, retinal degeneration);
- Unbalanced or inadequate nutrition.

Dosage Regimen

Administer orally with a full glass of water.
Take one tablet daily for adults and children over 12 years of age.
Ingest the tablet after a meal to improve tolerance and minimize potential gastrointestinal discomfort.
Swallow the tablet whole; do not crush or chew it.
Maintain a consistent daily intake for optimal therapeutic effect.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
For long-term use, periodic medical supervision is advised.
In case of accidental intake of multiple doses, seek medical advice.
Adverse Reactions
Possible allergic reactions to the components of the drug, intense yellow coloration of urine (not dangerous, as it is due to the presence of riboflavin in the drug) and dark coloration of stool (due to the presence of iron).
Contraindications
- Children under 12 years of age;
- Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug.
Pediatric Use
Contraindicated in children under 12 years of age.
Special Precautions
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Overdose
Treatment : activated charcoal orally, gastric lavage, symptomatic treatment. In case of accidental overdose, consult a doctor.
Drug Interactions
Concomitant use with other drugs containing vitamins A, E and D is not recommended to avoid overdose.
Storage Conditions
Store the drug in a dry place, at a temperature of 10-30°C (50-86°F). Keep out of reach of children.
Shelf Life
Shelf life – 5 years. Do not use after the expiration date.

The drug is approved for use as an over-the-counter product.
