Pharmacological Action

Camphor oil has antiseptic, locally irritant, analgesic, and anti-inflammatory effects.

By stimulating the sensitive nerve endings of the skin, it dilates blood vessels and improves the trophism of organs and tissues.

Dosage Regimen

Apply the solution externally by rubbing it into the affected area two to three times daily.

Contraindications

Symptoms of camphor poisoning may include nausea, vomiting, dizziness, agitation, confusion, tremors, and convulsions.
