Dosage Regimen

Apply a thin layer of the ointment to the affected perianal areas two to three times daily.
Ensure the skin is clean and dry before application. The duration of use is determined by the severity of symptoms and clinical response.
Adverse Reactions
Monitor for allergic reactions, which may include localized skin manifestations such as redness, itching, or rash.
Discontinue use immediately and consult a physician if any signs of hypersensitivity appear. The frequency of adverse reactions is not known.
Contraindications
- Do not use in patients with a known hypersensitivity to Paeonia officinalis or any of the excipients, particularly petrolatum.
- Avoid application on broken skin, infected areas, or open wounds in the perianal region.
Drug Interactions
No clinically significant drug interactions with other homeopathic or allopathic medicines have been reported.
Concomitant use with other topical products applied to the same area is not recommended due to the potential for altered absorption or local irritation.
