Pharmacological Action

A product for intranasal use. It helps to maintain the normal physiological state of the nasal mucosa.

It helps to thin mucus and facilitates its removal from the nose. The trace elements contained in sea water improve the function of the ciliated epithelium, which increases the resistance of the nasal mucosa to pathogenic bacteria and viruses. In allergic rhinitis, it helps to remove allergens from the nasal mucosa.

Indications

  • Acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the nose, paranasal sinuses, and nasopharynx.
  • Prevention of infectious diseases of the nose and nasopharynx.
  • Allergic and vasomotor rhinitis.
  • Prevention of inflammatory processes after surgical interventions.
  • Daily hygiene of the nasal cavity to preserve the protective properties of the mucosa under conditions of increased dryness or air pollution.

Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

Administer intranasally. For therapeutic purposes, use 4-6 times per day.

For daily hygienic purposes, use 1-4 times per day.

In children starting from 2 weeks of age and in adults, use the appropriate dosage form.

Spray

Applied intranasally in children, starting from 2 weeks of age (in the appropriate dosage form), and in adults for therapeutic purposes 4-6 times/day, for hygienic purposes – 1-4 times/day.

Adverse Reactions

Allergic reactions are possible.

Discontinue use and consult a physician if any adverse reactions occur.

Contraindications

  • Do not use in children under 2 weeks of age due to lack of data.
  • Hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation.

Use in Pregnancy and Lactation

Can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding if indicated.

Pediatric Use

Data on use in children under 2 weeks of age are not available.

In children over 2 weeks of age, it is used in the appropriate dosage form.

Geriatric Use

The drug is approved for use in elderly patients.

Special Precautions

Consultation with a doctor is required if use after surgery is necessary.
